ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect

Our client in the Netherlands is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their team for the next 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established financial institution in Zaandam.

As the ServiceNow Technical Lead you will be required to have the following experience:

• Experience in ServiceNow - ITOM Event Management and Tooling integration.
• Experience in handling ServiceNow Upgrade projects and/or Integration Projects.
• Technically strong in interacting with stakeholders, gathering requirements, propose technical solution and drive development team in delivering the same.
• Performing research and recommend solutions related to the design improvements, deployment and integration of ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skill to collaborate with multiple other suppliers and Customer orientated.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and support larger objectives.

Language Requirements;

English - Written and verbal

We are looking for someone who can work 5 days a week on site and can start as soon as possible (subject to interviews and onboarding).
