D365 CE Solution Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with a proven track record in solution development and functional analysis within enterprise-level Dynamics 365 architecture. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing and overseeing the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with onshore and offshore development teams. The primary focus will be on presales activities for the Dynamics 365 platform, conducting methodology diagnostics, and high-level solution architecting. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development, participate in business development initiatives, and provide mentorship to junior and offshore staff.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

·Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack, staying abreast of new features and developments.

·Facilitate technical forums and communities to share knowledge within the organization.

·Identify and mitigate business/project risks, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders.

·Provide regular progress updates to relevant parties through formal and informal channels.

·Contribute to practice development activities and assist in defining their delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

·Thorough knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, with relevant Architect-level certifications.

·Extensive implementation experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA), backed by appropriate Architect-level certification.

·Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, development and release management, data migration, cut-over planning, and Go-Live support.

·Familiarity with Agile Methodology.

·Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated experience in implementing end-to-end large-scale solutions involving Dynamics CE (CRM).

·Architectural design and implementation experience in at least 7-8 full-scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE (CRM), Integrations, and Power Platform.

·Ability to architect solutions involving multi-region implementations.

·Strong technical leadership and ability to engage with C-Suite stakeholders.

·Proficiency in designing Digital Transformation programs encompassing multiple technologies.

·Exceptional pre-sales experience with thought leadership on solution offerings.

·Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, capable of influencing senior technical executives of clients (CTOs, Digital Transformation Officers, etc.).

·Skilled in managing distributed large teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
