Empiric is working very closely with a leading integration client based in Luxembourg expand their IT and integration department. In this expansion they are looking to on board additional resource to complement their IT functions. We are working on behalf of our client to find 4 strong Citrix Engineers to be based in their main office in Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate will have the following set of skill set:

Hands on Experience on Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp 7 1912 and above, NetScaler 12 and above and PVS

Hands-on experience on SQL 2016

Hands-on experience on App-V with SOFS

Hands-on experience on SCOM 2016

Hands-on experience on Symantec End point protection 14.1 and above

Hands-on experience on Ivanti User Workspace manager (UWM) 2020

Hands-on experience on Windows7 and Windows 10 Image creations and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience on End user support for VDI Desktop and Troubleshoot application issues

Hands-on experience on Security patching for VDI platform

Hands-experience on Application packaging primarily App-V sequencing

Hands-on experience in backup and restore

Hands-on experience in using ServiceNow

Have experience in troubleshooting GPOs

Perform Trend analysis, identify top incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents

Be part of reviews on need basis

Building documentations such SMTD, SOPs, Compliance, Reports and Process related

Identification of Firewall / Network prerequisites to access Web / Desktop Applications and coordinate with respective stake holders to enable them/ resolve the blockers.
