Customer Services Support - German Speaking
Empiric has received exclusive instructions from one of the world's most innovative Retail companies for a Customer Services Support Associate, fluent German language skills (C1 or strong B2) in combination with excellent English language. No previous experience is required.
The Customer Services Support Associate will assist customers with their enquiries or orders. Also solve customer case and support online orders.
The German speaking Customer Services Support Associate will resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and take personal accountability for the resolution of customer concerns.
Skills and experience required
- Fluent German language skills (C1 or strong B2)
- Excellent English language.
- Good communication
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to shift to chat, email, contact us form & Messaging support when needed.
- Flexible approach to working 24x7, including rest days, holidays, weekends and extended hours, if required
- Tech savvy/computer literate with a minimum typing skill of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy
Rate: Good salary + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
