Empiric are engaged with a global client to secure a high performing Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of mobile engineers in the development of new applications and tooling.

The successful applicant will guide and lead multiple teams and be tasked of setting the technology roadmap within this space.

To be right for this, you will have experience of the following:

• Previous experience of managing teams of mobile developers (iOS and/or Android)
• Prior experience of mobile application development
• Understanding of automated testing in a Test Driven Development (TDD) environment
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns; encryption and Security Standards
