THE INDIVIDUAL

• At least 5+ years of experience In SAAS as an Engineering Manager. (Essential)
• Proficiency in crafting scalable software architectures by applying fundamental principles like Separation of Concerns (SoC) and Inversion of Control (IoC).
• Solid leadership and team coaching skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies gained through practical experience.
• Proficiency in addressing API-related challenges and familiarity with an API management or API Gateway solution is considered advantageous.

Things that will make us smile:

• SAAS application development background
• Experience with .NET /ASP.NET Development experience
• Familiar with SCRUM or other agile development methods
