Functional SuccessFactors Consultant

A leading retailer based in Amsterdam is embarking on a major transformation and are on the lookout for an expert SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors projects to join a leading retailer based in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• You have a positive and constructive approach, as a team player.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• High Consulting Skills.
• Experience with Employee Central & Onboarding modules.
• Understanding of LMS module would be a bonus.
• You are a clear communicator upstream and downstream, separate core information from details and define concise messages
• A broad functional and proven knowledge of different HR Successfactors modules and domains will be considered as an important asset
• You have preferably between 5+ years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Must have high analytical abilities with an eye for details without missing the total picture.

3 month initial contract - extensions highly likely.
