The Company
Empiric's client is the leading realistic security testing company that help companies protect their assets and their brands. They are looking for an inspirational leader who will digitally focused on growth marketing strategy aligning with their business goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop a targeted go-to-market marketing strategy aligned with their company strategy and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Refine their value proposition to enhance differentiation and more effectively convey their offering.
- Establish a unified brand, collaborating with all departments on design and tone of voice.
- Transform our existing platform into a highly effective paid and organic platform with an optimized prospect journey.
- Formulate a strategy for field marketing and events, with a willingness to travel.
- Enhance the company's understanding of our ICPs by providing clear firmographics and persona data for targeting companies and their decision-makers.
- Build an account-based marketing approach to create a target account database shared with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams.
- Work closely with agency partners and oversee those relationships.
- Develop an inbound content strategy through a high-performing website, SEO, conversion optimization, nurturing, and retargeting.
- Accurately measure the attribution of successful leads and allocate resources to higher-performing channels while discontinuing low-performing ones.
- Manage the marketing budget using ROI-based decisions to determine resource allocation.
- Serve as a member of the Leadership Team and report your achievements to the team, the company, and the board.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a diverse and entrepreneurial team.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience leading B2B marketing teams within SaaS start-ups and scale-ups.
- Proven track record in positioning a company effectively in a competitive market and rapidly gaining market share.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of setting priorities and establishing strategic brand initiatives from the ground up.
- Extensive expertise in modern data-driven marketing platforms, account-based marketing, and optimizing activities through multi-channel attribution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, characterized by an approachable and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in content-focused marketing.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate thoughts logically and concisely.
- Knowledge or a keen interest in cybersecurity is a valuable asset.
