As the HR Experienced Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration strategy and implementation of HR solutions. You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient HR integrations that align with PVM’s business objectives.
Activities:
• Integration Strategy: Develop and execute integration strategies for internal processes, ensuring seamless data flow and business process optimization between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to design integration solutions that meet business requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to architect, configure (an advantage) , and troubleshoot integration points, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy across HR systems.
• Integration Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive integration testing plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of integration solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on HR integration best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, and processes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Note that the configurations will actually be configured by other consultants from the different project teams.
Knowledge:
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on HR systems.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to coordinate and align with different project teams (for example CATS, Concur, ECP teams)
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Independent and self-driven Soft skills:
