Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to optimize each stage of the customer journey, ensuring seamless and effective marketing touchpoints.
  • Conduct tests and continuously improve user activation, engagement, conversion, and expansion through targeted and triggered campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to generate hypotheses and conduct A/B tests across various user segments, flows, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse customer data trends, providing valuable insights for segmentation and acquisition strategies.
  • Create and execute email nurtures and digital marketing campaigns tailored to specific segments and user intent.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to define goals for activation, engagement, and conversion.
  • Deliver the right messages at the right moments in the customer journey to achieve milestones and drive revenue.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Operations team to optimize the technology stack and gain insights into campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).



Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand generation marketing, with a focus on owning and mapping customer journeys.
  • Must come from a SaaS/Software/ IT Security background.
  • Managed and owned lifecycle marketing and campaign strategies for 100k Radish Fiction consumers, a mobile platform for serialized storytelling
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced marketing automation functionality, including the management of nurture tracks.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports to provide key stakeholders with informed insights.
  • Experience in conducting experiments with messaging, creative content, and audience targeting to achieve growth objectives.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, create, and scale processes autonomously.
