PostgreSQL DBA - 3 Month Contract
Empiric have been retained by one of our top clients to identify an experienced PostgreSQL DBA to join their team for an initial 3 month contract.
This will be working with a team based in Brussels, but it is possible to complete this role on a fully remote basis.
Required Experience:
- Strong PostgreSQL experience
- Experience in installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
- Solid cloud experience, preferably in Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Platforms, SQL Server and PostgreSQL
