Job Title: Director of Product Marketing

Role Responsibilities

• Executive leadership for product messaging, competitive analysis, product launches, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer insights.
• Bring product story to life through impactful content and messaging.
• Serve as a GTM Partner for Product Managers, bridging product and marketing, and analysing competitive landscape.
• Lead global B2B product marketing team across EMEA, AMS & APAC regions.
• Design and execute go-to-market plans based on data-driven insights, define marketing targets, and measure success.
• Create target customer messaging and GTM toolkits for regional teams.
• Partner with sales for sales enablement toolkits, thought leadership, and strategic research insights.
• Manage a team of 5 people.

Your Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and nurturing talent.
• MUST- 10+ years experience in B2B IT, preferably at a reputable high-tech firm.
• Background supporting B2B/B2C tech products, with a remote management background being advantageous.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in IT management, remote management, AR, IoT, SMB/Enterprise, IT/OT, backup, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with both SMB and Enterprise IT environments for provider and business customers.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts through various mediums, including public speaking, demonstrations, and content creation.
• Demonstrated collaboration with technical and business teams, advocating for partners and customers, and devising innovative ways to gather customer feedback.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Occasional travel to events and meetings (outside of HQ visits), including international destinations, may be required, estimated at less than 10%, following company health and safety policies.
• Proficiency in English with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills is essential.
