SFDC Developer
- Ability to collaborate with customer business users, and IT teams to solve business process gaps including business requirements, solution options and approaches.
- Ability to design efficient product enhancements that align with customer s design standards and IT Product roadmap.
- Ability to lead the functional design process for complex solutions
- Ability to configure the business applications based on business requirements and functional design documents
- Ability to partner with support team members to effectively deliver product changes
- Ability to provide escalated support assistance as required
- Ability to follow & advise coding standards best practices, and participate in code reviews
- Ability to be a technical mentor to effectively guide the ServiceMax Deliveries for the customer & DFSM PracticeMinimum
- 3+ years ServiceMax experience and minimum
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Strong ServiceMax Maintenance/Development & Enhancement experience is a must
- Experience with SVMX development/support, SVMX data model and its objects like Installed Products, Work Orders etc.
- Strong SFDC Platform Development (with Apex/Visual Force/Lightning) experience
- Experience in overall Salesforce configurations and standard functionalities
- Good understanding of Salesforce object model and relationships
- Understanding of Salesforce Roles, Profiles, permission sets and overall access & visibility management
- Working knowledge of Salesforce standard reporting capabilities
- Salesforce Case Management and Entitlements, experience with Service Cloud
- Release management experience (i.e. Salesforce Change Sets, ServiceMax Migration Tool, Salesforce Workbench)Data Management Experience (i.e. import/export tools such as dataloader.io, Salesforce dataloader, Jitterbit, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, collaborate with various stakeholders, and deliver in tight timelines
- Ability to perform a strong analytical approach to business process design with an emphasis on cross-functional inter-dependencies
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- (1.) Raising risks, issues, and escalation to senior management and customer (2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and to review technical documents (3.) Coordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (4.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data, and conduct Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (5.) To create project plans and keep track of the schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards
