Role Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute field marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend their requirements and deliver fitting marketing assistance.
• Arrange and oversee marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospects for promotion and expansion.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gauging their influence on sales.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to orchestrate promotional events and initiatives.
• Ensure uniformity of brand representation throughout all field marketing endeavours.
• Deliver regular reports, analyses, and insights concerning marketing performance.

Your Qualifications

• MUST- German and English native speakers.
• 5+ years of hands-on event planning, project management, field marketing and event management experience.
• Relevant SaaS or highly technical experience in the DACH region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel.
