Service Manager - Freelance, Paris
The opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Manager to join a major leading luxury fashion organisation based in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the business through IT services.
- Coordinates the technical support personnel to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance and efficient end user support.
- Communication, problem solving, activities planning, tester.
- Usage of Database.
- Defining training needs and collecting feedback from the final users store employees in accordance to the brand rollout strategy.
- Demonstrations and training for stores employees.
- Contact with the business to define needs and collect requirements. Transforms needs into IT solutions with the support of other IT departments.
- Release Management lifecycle in agile way that involves scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule.
- Ensures the development and maintenance of business application systems and their successful integration and operation within the company’s business environment.
- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them.
- Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release.
- Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities.
Requirements
- Service Management experience working on mobile transformations 5+years
- Experience in working within the Retail/Fashion industry is crucial.
- Based in Paris.
- English & French speaking.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, delivery focus & gravitas to project a positive energetic attitude and resolve disputes and challenges.
