As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Service Delivery Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our remote team.

Position Summary:

As a Remote HR Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services to our employees across various locations, working exclusively with ServiceNow HRSD. Your main responsibilities will include responding to HR inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, processing HR requests, and collaborating with HR partners to streamline processes and deliver efficient and effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional HR service and support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues via the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
2. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth flow of HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, leaves, benefits, and other HR-related processes.
3. Utilize the ServiceNow HRSD tool to manage employee cases, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining data integrity.
4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements to appropriately handle employee matters and maintain compliance.
5. Conduct regular audits of HR data within the ServiceNow HRSD platform to identify and correct discrepancies.
6. Support HR process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting enhancements to HRSD workflows.
7. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, providing guidance and training to HR colleagues and employees.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HRIS, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD.
9. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow HRSD updates and industry best practices to ensure our HR service delivery remains cutting-edge and efficient.
10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and issues.
