ServiceNow Lead Developer

As a French Speaking ServiceNow Consultant specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), you will play a critical role in helping our clients leverage the ServiceNow platform to optimize their IT operations. This role is based in Paris, France, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT processes, and pain points related to HAM and ITSM. Provide expert guidance on how to best leverage the ServiceNow platform to address these challenges.
2. HAM and ITSM Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for HAM and ITSM, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements.
3. Process Improvement: Analyze existing IT processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with clients to optimize and streamline processes using the ServiceNow platform.
4. Customization and Integration: Develop custom solutions and integrations as needed to enhance the ServiceNow platform's functionality and meet client-specific requirements.
5. Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials, to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and system maintenance.
6. Training and Support: Provide training to clients and end-users on ServiceNow HAM and ITSM functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the defined requirements and perform optimally.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to clients and project stakeholders in both French and English.
9. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, industry trends, and best practices related to HAM and ITSM to provide innovative solutions to clients.
