Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Lithuania (multiple locations available)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, performance, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, developments, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
• Support end-users and fellow team members in using and understanding ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with custom application development and building complex workflows in ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
