We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in the Nordics region. As a ServiceNow Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our clients' business processes and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to align with client needs and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to clients' teams to ensure proper utilization and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ServiceNow applications, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends, features, and updates, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to enhance clients' experiences.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes as needed.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including incident management, change management, problem management, and IT service management (ITSM) modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles.
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or similar, is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages for ServiceNow customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the Nordics region as needed.
