Technical Consultant CE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Technical CE Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Technical CE Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and consulting services to our clients in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional consultants, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and strong technical skills will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into technical design specifications for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Perform analysis, customization, configuration, and development activities in Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and implement complex integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems, utilizing technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
• Develop custom workflows, plugins, and extensions to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to design and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, product releases, and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 CE, and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and documentation related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) working as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and development using tools like Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems, leveraging technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
• Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE data model, security model, and customization capabilities.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and frameworks like .NET and Angular.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based deployments is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, such as MB-210 and MB-230, are a plus.
