Senior Workday Consultant

Currently working with one of the largest implementers of Workday across the Netherlands. The business operates across Europe and is actively looking to bolster there growing Workday team.

In this role you will be heading up the growing Workday Team which currently sits a 5 consultants.

As a Workday/ERP Consultant HCM, you'll embark on an exciting challenge:

Responsibilities:

• Implement functional changes in Workday HCM (design, configure, test).
• Enhance and maintain the IT architecture of the HR/Finance system, Workday.
• Provide daily support, monitoring, issue resolution, and project delivery.
• Contribute to, improve, and advise on team standards and best practices to meet organizational needs and ensure functional collaboration across the Stage Entertainment landscape.
• Design, develop, maintain, support, and monitor integrations,
• customizations, and adaptations (ETL).
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT architecture, privacy, and security policies.
• Test and assist in testing integrations, Workday functionality (unit testing), and end-to-end testing.
• Serve as the bridge between business, HR, technology, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Experience as a Functional Consultant in ERP and HCM/HRIS applications (e.g., Workday/AFAS/Navision).
• Passion for optimizing system processes and supporting people.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of another language is a plus).
• Strong understanding of finance and HRM operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and present information to non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile-Scrum delivery methodology would be an advantage.
