What did you study (at school, college or university)?
I studied BSc Mathematics at university. After a few years in the workplace I realised I was missing a few business skills so I went to Berkeley-Haas business school to do an MBA.

How did you get into technology?
The story starts back in 2013 when I was working in impact investment. I saw first-hand how tech companies were able to grow faster and more efficiently than non-tech companies. I was excited about the potential for 'tech for good' companies so I joined Bethnal Green Ventures as a start-up mentor. At first, I was overwhelmed by how much I'd have to learn. An MBA allowed me to take some time out, learn some product management skills, play with start-ups, and re-orient myself towards the tech sector.

What company do you work for?

What do you do at your current company?
Head of Product Asia

What advice would you give to girls looking to get into a tech related career?
Do the big things that scare you - they'll end up being the best things you do (and make for great stories, too).
