Billing Manager (Software Sales Recruitment) - London

Salary: £Competitive + Commission + benefits
Location: London 

As a Billing Manager at Empiric, your mission is to build, develop and grow a team of specialist recruiters who become the no 1 and the “Go-To” Agents in Software Sales for clients and candidates.

The role of the Billing Manager is to lead a team of Trainees and Consultants to achieve £12,500 per person per month PPPM in new business sales.

This is achieved through personal and team performance in billings, specialist strategy, execution of business development and recruitment, winning mentality and the engagement of communities and client services.

What you need to have to become a Billing Manager (Software Sales Recruitment)

  • Considerable experience of client-facing sales / new business development within the Software Sales space.
  • Demonstrable experience in building accounts in terms of new product development, client development and other forms of customer engagement.
  • Experienced in working with a geographically widespread customer base
  • Exemplary presentational skills
  • Comfortable operating at multiple levels in an organisation (C-level for example)

Your responsibilities

  • Inherit a team of 3 Senior/Principal Consultants
  • Identify and develop new strategic accounts for the Tech Sales division
  • Keep up to date with technology, client and candidate knowledge in your markets
  • Develop new business and cross selling opportunities across the business through the development and implementation of a tactical plan, agreed with the Head of Permanent to maximise our opportunities
  • Identify the key decision makers and influencers within the opportunities, for Empirics total range of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engaged clients and candidates in strategy and develop relationships with all client stakeholders: hiring managers, heads of business, HR & internal resourcing teams
  • Contribute to delivery strategy to key accounts
  • Execute full blend of Business Development activity in strategy to win new client relationships and sustain a pipeline of new requirements
  • Fully qualify client hiring needs and requirements and secure client commitment for agreed next steps in the recruitment process
  • Network through existing clients and increase revenue opportunity though new hiring manager relationships
  • Act as role model for high performance billings through successful execution and mentality of specialist strategy and recruitment
  • Provide updates on progress and outcomes achieved
  • Conduct all conversations with clients and candidates in a consultative manner
  • Act as an ambassador and positively represent your team and Empiric at all times. Including social media, internal and external events, Empiric social gatherings and training courses
  • To maintain accurate records in respect of the prospect relationship
