Senior Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant - Glasgow

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 + Commission + benefits
Location: Glasgow

We are after an experienced IT security Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding and successful team to support us in our future growth. Further growth and expansion has created an opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Cyber Security Practice. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with “Top Biller” ambitions to match our mission to be the number one specialist recruitment agency in Cyber Security within Data, Digital, Cloud and Security. 

Our Cyber Security practice partners with organisations both UK wide and internationally ranging from start-ups through to multi-national blue chip businesses. We support, embrace and deliver to these companies by supplying high level, niche resource –understanding the need to provide the right cultural fit coupled with skills and experience.

What this role will involve

  • Becoming the number one recruiter within your area of recruitment specialism
  • Being responsible for executing a specialist recruitment strategy to generate recruitment sales of £500,000 in total within 3 years (depending on seniority).
  • Strategy led Business Development and Client Acquisition within a specialist area.
  • Candidate Delivery: Contingent Search, Market Mapping, Headhunting, Networking & Referrals
  • Adopting an informed and consultative approach to fully understand the needs of clients and candidates
  • Building and nurturing long term relationships with clients and candidates 
  • Acquiring knowledge and insight access across all areas within your specialist area.
  • Hosting and attending specialist market events 
  • Working in partnership with Empiric Client Services and Marketing teams to create specialist talent communities to create a forum for innovation in technology.
