Nordics Senior Recruitment Consultant - London

Salary: £24,000 - £34,000 + Commission + benefits

Our Nordics Team partners with organisations across the Nordics ranging from Gaming organisations, IOT companies, IT Consultancies, Insurance Providers, Managed Hosting Providers and Oil & Gas organisations, just to name a few. We support, embrace and deliver to these companies by supplying high level, niche resource –understanding the need to provide the right cultural fit coupled with skills and experience.

Thanks to a fantastic performance in 20, Empiric are looking for ambitious people to match our mission to be the number one specialist recruitment agency within Data, Digital, Cloud and Security across the Nordics.

What this role will involve

  • To be the number one recruiter within your area of recruitment specialism
  • Responsible for generating recruitment sales through business development.
  • Business Development and Client Management within a specialist area within Data, Digital, Cloud or Security
  • Sourcing Candidates using Job Boards and Referrals 
  • Attending specialist market events 
  • Building long term relationships with clients and candidates 
  • Mapping out clients and gathering market information.
