Role: SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (Employee Central & Compensation)

Location: London (hybrid working)

Type: Permanent, full-time

I am currently partnering with a European manufacturing business, searching for an internal SAP SuccessFactors Specialist in the UK, with key expertise in Employee Central and Compensation. This business has recently been on an exciting HR technology transformation, with the help of a 3rd party implementation partner, and is now building internal capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering the future state of their SAP SuccessFactors landscape, leading end-to-end implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of their HRIS.
• Sit between technology and HR teams, ensuring the capabilities of the HRIS enable a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes.
• Configure and support Employee Central and Compensation modules.
• Lead release and deployment activities, while supporting testing coordination.

What We Are Looking For

• In-depth experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Compensation.
• Expertise in operating as a key stakeholder point of contact, handling workshops, meetings, and ensuring requirements are both managed and met.
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR operating modules.
• Based near London and happy to work on a hybrid-working model.
