Role: Senior SAP Payroll Consultant

For a prestigious SAP market leader in Europe, I am looking for a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in SAP HCM PY or SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll. This business has generated over €1.3 billion in revenue and has been operating for over 75 years, so are a formidable HCM and Payroll player.

The Role

In this position, you are a key link between the customer, payroll administration and technology. You support customers in managing, optimising and further developing their SAP Payroll and EC Payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Payroll modules and resolve functional inquiries or system incidents for stakeholders.
• Execute thorough functional testing for system modifications and maintain precise documentation for all system changes.
• Partner closely with internal consultants, payroll specialists, and clients to design and deliver tailored payroll solutions.
• Lead process enhancements and guide clients through system updates, configuration changes, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Dutch fluency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Experience in payroll administration or an HR background is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to operate in a customer-facing capacity.
