We are hiring for a very exciting opportunity with a global client of ours a global consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform businesses. They are a Global Elite ServiceNow Partner, leading global enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation programs.


This is a fully remote position, with travel required.


Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow CRM Practice Leader to spearhead our ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow CRM capabilities and a proven track record in leading successful CRM implementations. This role will involve driving business development, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the strategy for the ServiceNow CRM practice, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored ServiceNow CRM solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow consultants and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, contributing to the development of thought leadership content and participating in industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform features, integrations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
