Empiric is partnering with a retail company in Cologne, Germany, to find them an SAP HCM Inhouse Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work internally, on a large-scale SAP HR transformation consisting of both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors technologies.

This business is going through a large-scale transformation from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, so it requires somebody with strong expertise in SAP HCM (PM & OM) to act as the SME for migrations and integrations. Here, you will be getting your hands on complex, enterprise technology systems.

Requirements:

• German speaking
• Experience with SAP HCM, PM & OM.
• Expertise in the integration and implementation of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors would be highly desirable, but not essential.
• You have a proactive mindset where you are constantly looking to improve systems and processes.
