ServiceNow Developer – HRSD Suite – HRIS Integration platforms – Scripting – Netherlands – Hybrid / Remote

Empiric are currently working alongside a global transportation leader to find a ServiceNow Developer with experience of ServiceNow HRSD Suite, developing, integration installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.

The successful ServiceNow Developer should have the following knowledge /experience:

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• ServiceNow HRSD Suite
• ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions
• HR Process Automation: Case management, onboarding/offboarding, employee transitions, document management.
• Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server Scripts
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, 3rd Party HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Reporting & Dashboards: Performance Analytics, custom reports, HR metrics.
• Security & Compliance: Role-based access, data privacy, encryption, GDPR.
• Agile/Scrum: Experience working in Agile teams, participating in sprints, grooming, and retrospective

Other

·Long Term: 6 to 8 Months plus extensions
