Empiric is recruiting an Electrical Project Executive to lead major hyperscale data center work for a leading electrical contractor. You'll oversee project managers and field leaders, own financial performance across assigned projects and serve as the senior contact for general contractors and owners.

Our clients are two of the largest and most established electrical contractors in the Western US, each with mission critical as a core market and a long track record delivering hyperscale and colocation data centers. Both are growing their Nevada and Utah operations to keep pace with campus work across the Reno, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City markets.

Locations and travel

What you'll do

• Own project financial performance, including margin, labor productivity, forecasting and commercial risk.
• Set delivery plans with project managers and superintendents, aligning staffing, procurement and field execution across projects.
• Maintain senior relationships with GCs and owners and resolve escalated scope, schedule and contract issues.
• Guide teams through preconstruction, buyout and mobilization, with oversight through energization and turnover.
• Develop project managers and field leaders, and support pursuits by assessing scope, staffing and commercial exposure.

What you'll bring

• Senior leadership with an electrical contractor, including responsibility for large electrical packages or multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing project financials, developing delivery teams and handling senior client relationships.
• Large data center or comparable mission critical delivery experience is valued.
