Empiric is recruiting Electrical Project Executives for leading Texas electrical contractors delivering complex projects. You'll lead project managers and field leaders, own financial performance across major electrical packages and manage senior relationships with general contractors and owners.

Our clients include some of the largest and best-established electrical contractors in Texas, with dedicated mission critical, commercial, industrial and advanced manufacturing divisions. Between them they are delivering hyperscale and colocation data centers across Dallas-Fort Worth, Central Texas, San Antonio and beyond, in what is now one of the busiest data center markets in the country.

Locations and travel

What you'll do

• Own margin, labor productivity, forecasting and commercial risk across assigned projects.
• Set delivery plans with project managers and superintendents, aligning staffing, procurement and field execution across multiple jobs.
• Guide preconstruction reviews, buyout and mobilization, testing whether scope, labor assumptions and equipment lead times support the plan.
• Resolve escalated contract, change order and schedule issues with GCs and owners.
• Develop project managers and field leaders, and oversee delivery through testing readiness and turnover.

What you'll bring

• Senior leadership with an electrical contractor, including financial responsibility for major packages or a portfolio of projects.
• Experience developing delivery teams, managing GC or owner relationships and making commercial decisions that shaped outcomes.
• Data center, large commercial or industrial delivery experience is relevant.
