Looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding freelancer to step into an active project immediately to work on two global onboarding processes, based on standard SAP SuccessFactors functionality.

• Start: Immediately
• Duration: 6 months (end of February 2027)
• Location: 100% remote but must be based in EU
• Language: English

Scope Highlights

• Core Modules: End-to-end configuration for SuccessFactors Onboarding (2 global processes, integrated with EC) + SuccessFactors Offboarding (1 standard process).
• Setup: Process flows, programs, questionnaires, RBP, standard notifications, and document generation (up to 15 fields).
• Integration: SmartRecruiters (standard product scope).
• Mentoring: Guide and review deliverables for an assigned junior consultant.

Requirements

• Active SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Certification.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Onboarding is critical; Employee Central (EC) is helpful.
