Overview
We’re working exclusively with a global medical technology manufacturer that is rolling out NetSuite across its international operations. With a fully approved budget and support from a leading private equity investor, they are looking to hire a NetSuite Technical Administrator to join their growing internal systems team.
The company has recently completed its rollout in Germany and is preparing for upcoming implementations in Iberia, Italy, and India. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global NetSuite programme from an internal administrator perspective.
About the Role
This is a key internal role, responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting NetSuite across the business. You’ll work alongside the internal NetSuite Lead, NetSuite Administrator and business stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance, deliver configuration changes, and provide support to users across multiple departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT.
You’ll have hands-on involvement with future international rollouts and process optimisation across the company’s global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure NetSuite across a wide range of modules including:
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Advanced Inventory
- Supply Chain and Order Management
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage user roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteFlows
- Provide post-implementation support, testing, and ongoing process optimisation
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for technical escalations
- Offer second-line support to the internal ServiceDesk team
- Assist with preparation of reports and dashboards to meet business needs
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a NetSuite administration, analyst, or super-user role
- Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or integration tools such as Celigo or Boomi
- Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration and day-to-day system operations
- Demonstrated experience working with NetSuite modules in supply chain, inventory, and warehousing
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience engaging non-technical users
- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently within a fast-paced global environment
Desirable:
- NetSuite certifications
- SQL experience
- Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Location & Working Pattern
- UK-based with hybrid working
- Only 4 days per month required on-site in Brighton
