Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager – Solar


Are you passionate about driving the energy transition and building strong client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and expand market presence in the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for PV and energy products.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business partners.
  • Oversee revenue growth within your assigned region.
  • Negotiate and deliver tailored energy solutions for industrial and commercial clients.
  • Coordinate the implementation of finalized contracts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovative offerings.
  • Participate in continuous training on products, sales techniques, and market developments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales management and achieving individual and team targets in the Solar / renewable energy sector.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least two years of experience in B2B field sales.
  • Confidence, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
  • Professional level German and English speaking skills.
