Oracle Cloud Sales Executive – HCM / Payroll / ERP (Public Sector Focus)

Location: UK-Wide (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Package: Base + 100% OTE

Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC)


Overview:

We’re working with a leading Oracle partner—now part of a global technology group—on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Sales Executive. This role focuses on driving new business for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and ERP Financials across both public sector and corporate clients in the UK.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong track record of winning Oracle Cloud projects and services work, particularly in the HCM and Financials space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Oracle Cloud Consulting and Managed Services (HCM, Payroll, ERP Financials) into both existing Oracle customers and net-new clients
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders across organisations, especially within public sector accounts
  • Partner with internal delivery teams and Oracle account teams to position comprehensive solutions aligned to client needs
  • Manage bid responses (PQQ, RFP, ITT), discovery sessions, and Q&A phases with the support of internal resources
  • Support marketing-led activities such as events, webinars, and campaign outreach to generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and develop multi-level connections across target accounts

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven success selling Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and/or ERP Financials projects, software, or services
  • Public sector sales experience is essential
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
  • Strong consultative sales approach with ability to build compelling business cases
  • Deep understanding of Oracle’s back-office application landscape and the broader enterprise cloud marketplace
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with formal sales methodologies and bid processes
  • Knowledge of project delivery and implementation methodologies within cloud and enterprise IT

Eligibility:

Candidates must be based in the UK and eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC level). Existing clearance is not required but eligibility must be confirmed.
