Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Salesforce) – 8+ Years Experience

Location: 3 days per week in Peterborough, 2 days remote

Start Date: Immediate upon selection

Experience: 8+ years (Primarily in Salesforce)

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce technologies to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed design documents
• Provide technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
• Perform POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate solutions before rollout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and support

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Administration, Customization
• Solid experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
• Experience in managing customer relationships and expectations effectively
