About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a NetSuite Partner who is seeking an ERP Support Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role based in the Netherlands.

As an ERP Support Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing support on their ERP systems (primarily NetSuite). You’ll work closely with consultants and developers to troubleshoot issues, optimise system performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line support to ERP users (NetSuite and other ERP systems)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
  • Escalate complex problems to senior consultants/developers where needed
  • Assist in testing system enhancements and updates
  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Based in the Netherlands, with full right to work
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
