The Opportunity


We have two positions for aspiring Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants to join our company's two highest-performing divisions.


The role of a Recruitment Consultant is highly rewarding.


Financially, your first-year on-target earnings would be £40K, and we have plenty of examples of people earning six figures within a few short years. There is no reason you could not achieve the same. Beyond the financial incentives, the various projects and tasks involved in the role will give you valuable experience and skills in everything from sales and negotiation to communication and marketing. We will also enter you onto our Career Pathway plan on day one, which can take you as far as the Board of Directors based on clear and transparent promotion criteria.

We will always invest in ways to make your job easier.
  • We have a sizeable and passionate Operations & Marketing Team. They aim to ‘clear the runway’ for you so that you can fly. With less ‘Admin’ comes more time to do what you are best at.
  • And once you make placements, we will pay you more for completing those placements than you would receive at any comparable Recruitment Business. We have no threshold, and our commission scheme acceleratesquickly to 35%.
