- Lead Salesforce architecture for large-scale government transformation initiatives
- Must have: Service Cloud & 2+ years of Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Design multi-cloud solutions (PSS, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.)
- Integrate with legacy systems using MuleSoft, APIs, External Services
- Define CI/CD and DevOps strategy (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub)
- Collaborate with public sector stakeholders, IT leaders, and Salesforce teams
- Ensure compliance (e.g., FedRAMP) while enabling case management, permitting, benefits
- Preferred certs: App/System Architect, Integration Designer, PSS Accreditation
