We are working with a leading technology consulting firm specialising in delivering innovative business solutions to clients across various industries. As a trusted partner, they strive to empower their clients with cutting-edge technologies and optimise their business processes. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join the team and contribute to the success of our clients in London.


Job Summary:

As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients during the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements, configure the system, and optimise processes to ensure clients maximise the benefits of NetSuite. This role requires a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and operational processes, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for NetSuite implementation.
  • Customise and configure NetSuite ERP modules to meet specific business process requirements.
  • Provide end-to-end support during the implementation lifecycle, including data migration and system integration.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure proper system adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement custom solutions where needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite implementation and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry best practices to suggest improvements and optimisations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant or similar role, with hands-on implementation and customisation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financial Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, etc.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and operational processes within businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • NetSuite certifications will be an added advantage.
