Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion Managed Services Consultant

A leading Oracle and NetSuite consultancy in the Netherlands is seeking a Managed Services Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion Applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional or technical knowledge who enjoys long-term client engagement, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative, service-driven environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business or Fusion solutions for a portfolio of clients across various industries. Working within an established managed services team, you will help ensure optimal system performance, provide guidance on best practices, and assist in the continuous improvement of the ERP landscape for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
• Analyse and resolve application issues while advising on improvements and enhancements
• Liaise with internal and client-side technical teams for resolution of more complex issues
• Deliver recommendations for system optimisation and future upgrades
• Maintain documentation and manage client expectations effectively
• Ensure SLAs and service delivery commitments are consistently met

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion (Cloud or On-Premise)
• Strong functional or technical background in one or more Oracle modules
• Previous experience in a managed services or post-implementation support setting
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch (essential) and professional proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

• Broad understanding of Oracle architecture and update cycles
• Experience across multiple modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM)
• Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage
