This role is perfect for a technical leader who enjoys shaping DevOps strategies, designing robust CI/CD pipelines, and driving cloud-native transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Azure DevOps architectures for enterprise-scale environments
• Define DevOps strategy, tooling, and automation practices aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release management
• Provide architectural guidance on integrating Azure services, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and container platforms like AKS
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are embedded in DevOps processes
• Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and development squads across various business units
• Stay current on DevOps trends, Azure innovations, and best practices

Qualifications

• Certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-305, and AZ-500 (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Azure
• Proven expertise in CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.), IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud governance frameworks
• Fluent in Dutch and English—both written and spoken
