Project Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major data centre developments across the Nordic region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex construction and engineering programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate CSA, mechanical, electrical and specialist subcontractor packages.
• Take ownership of project programmes, budgets, milestones and overall delivery performance.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, contractor performance, technical coordination and site progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and project specifications.
• Lead project meetings, progress reporting and commissioning readiness activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on major construction or engineering projects.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
• Background in main contracting, MEP contracting, engineering consultancy or client-side project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination and commissioning.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience delivering projects in the Nordic region advantageous.

Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Construction Project Managers or MEP Project Managers with experience delivering hyperscale data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, semiconductor plants or other technically complex developments.

Candidates from major international contractors, specialist MEP businesses and engineering consultancies are particularly relevant.
