Empiric is recruiting Electrical Project Coordinators for leading Texas electrical contractors. You'll support project managers and field leaders by keeping drawings, submittals, equipment orders and open issues up to date, so crews have the information and materials they need before installation starts.

Our clients include some of the largest and best-established electrical contractors in Texas, with dedicated mission critical, commercial, industrial and advanced manufacturing divisions. Between them they are delivering hyperscale and colocation data centers across Dallas-Fort Worth, Central Texas, San Antonio and beyond, in what is now one of the busiest data center markets in the country.

What you'll do

Track RFIs, submittals, approvals and drawing revisions, and distribute current information to field teams.
Maintain material and equipment logs, and follow up with vendors on release dates, lead times and deliveries.
Support change order documentation, purchase orders, cost tracking and meeting follow-up.
Work with foremen, project managers and the GC to close information gaps before they delay installation.
Assemble closeout and turnover records, including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties and test documentation.

What you'll bring

Experience in construction project coordination, project engineering or an assistant PM role.
Electrical contractor experience is valued, including exposure to electrical drawings, material procurement or field coordination.
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam or Excel is helpful.
