Empiric is recruiting Electrical Project Managers for leading Texas electrical contractors delivering data center, commercial and industrial work. You'll own the financial performance and delivery of an electrical package, working with the Superintendent to keep labor, procurement and field progress aligned with the budget and schedule.

Between them they are delivering hyperscale and colocation data centers across Dallas-Fort Worth, Central Texas, San Antonio and beyond, in what is now one of the busiest data center markets in the country.

What you'll do

Own budgets, labor forecasts, cost-to-complete reporting, billing and margin.
Lead scope reviews and buyout, and coordinate the release and delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
Negotiate change orders with the GC or owner, document scope changes and manage their cost and schedule impact.
Plan installation milestones and manpower with superintendents and foremen, resolving procurement and coordination issues early.
Coordinate inspection, testing and energization readiness, and manage closeout for the electrical scope.

What you'll bring

Electrical project management experience with direct responsibility for labor, procurement, costs and change orders.
Experience delivering data center or critical power packages is valued.
PMs who have managed substantial electrical scopes on commercial or industrial projects are also encouraged to apply.
