Role: SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (hybrid working)

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead a key implementation stream for their end client, a well-renowned Dutch business.

If you thrive at the intersection of complex HR tech and operational transformation in a fast-paced sector, this is an exciting project to get involved in.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation within SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and blue-printing tailored to a high-volume, highly regulated aviation workforce.
• Partner directly with HR stakeholders to align global SuccessFactors templates with complex operational shifts, union agreements, and compliance standards.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, testing, change enablement, and post-go-live hypercare support.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and specifically Employee Central.
• Strong background delivering within a management consulting environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
• Dutch speaking highly preferred, but not essential.
