Electrical Superintendent | Data Center Construction | Nevada & Utah

Empiric is recruiting Electrical Superintendents for leading electrical contractors delivering large hyperscale data center projects. You'll lead field crews and own the installation sequence from underground infrastructure and rough-in through equipment setting, terminations and readiness for energization.

Both are growing their Nevada and Utah operations to keep pace with campus work across the Reno, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City markets.

Site-based opportunities in Nevada and Utah. Candidates open to travel or relocation are welcome.

What you'll do

• Lead foremen and electrical crews, plan manpower and track production against short-term schedules.
• Sequence underground duct banks, raceways, cable pulls, equipment installation and terminations around other trades.
• Coordinate access, deliveries, lifts and work areas with the GC, vendors and other trade partners.
• Verify installation quality, close out deficiencies and coordinate inspection and energization readiness with QA/QC and commissioning.
• Set expectations for safe electrical work and clear field constraints before they affect production.

What you'll bring

• Electrical field leadership on data centers or comparable large commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience leading foremen and crews and managing manpower and production.
• Installation experience with critical power equipment such as switchgear, transformers, UPS or generators.
