Empiric is recruiting Electrical Superintendents for leading Texas electrical contractors delivering data centers and large commercial and industrial projects. You'll lead foremen and crews, with responsibility for manpower, field production, installation quality and safe execution of the electrical scope.

Site-based opportunities across Texas. Share your preferred markets and whether you're open to project travel within the state or relocation.

What you'll do

Build look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager, assign crews and track labor hours and installation progress.
Sequence underground duct banks, raceways, feeders, equipment setting and terminations around other trades and site milestones.
Coordinate work areas, material deliveries and equipment access with the GC, vendors and other trade partners.
Verify installations against drawings and specifications, and coordinate inspections, deficiency closure and readiness for testing and energization.
Lead daily safety planning and develop foremen through clear work assignments and regular feedback.

What you'll bring

Electrical field leadership on substantial data center, commercial or industrial projects.
Experience managing foremen and crews, planning manpower and owning the production and quality of an electrical installation.
Experience with critical power equipment such as switchgear, transformers, UPS or generators is valued.
