Our Story

Empiric started how it meant to go on – by specialising in niche markets in which companies were struggling to find the best talent. At first this was financial markets, but we have since pivoted to focus on the data, digital, cloud, security and transformation spaces.

Our approach remains the same – we continue to thrive in the more difficult, hyperniche markets that other recruiters shy away from. As an established player, we have a proven track record of relationship mapping and network building in both professional and personal capacities to build up an extensive contacts database of the best talent from all over the world.

It’s a methodology that allowed us to mobilise and scale at pace. It’s the reason we’re one of the few tech recruitment agencies that are approaching 20 years in the game.
